Plan audits, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, perform substantive testing, document workpapers, draft reports, manage staff, follow up on remediation, use data analytics to improve testing, monitor technology risks and changes, and maintain confidential audit communications while building relationships with technologists, risk, compliance, and senior management.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and goals-based advice to individuals and families. Build and deepen client relationships through client acquisition, referrals, digital engagement, and personalized investment solutions while meeting regulatory licensing requirements.

Support middle-office trade operations for TCIO North America: manage transaction flows and controls, resolve lifecycle issues, work with portfolio managers and funding front office, drive process improvements and technology enhancements, execute UAT, and participate in global initiatives to ensure accurate capture and settlement of trades.

Provide client service and operational support to Private Client Advisors: process account openings, money movements and trades; prepare performance reports; manage relationship and account reviews; resolve client issues; support risk, compliance and documentation requirements; assist with wealth planning, referral management and lead generation; prioritize work and meet deadlines while fostering team culture.
