Manage campaign and advertising product setup, quality assurance, launches, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Support internal customers, training, app testing, resource maintenance, and business-critical on-call coverage, including nights and weekends.

Own the revenue tracking and data product roadmap, including Salesforce CPQ and revenue systems operations. Lead development of a revenue systems data mart, establish data governance and definitions, replace spreadsheet-based administration with governed tooling, and coordinate backlog delivery across RevOps, Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Sales. Manage operational rhythms, issue triage, system maintenance, documentation, and quote-to-cash workflows while balancing interim solutions with long-term platform improvements.

Design and maintain production data pipelines and infrastructure (Databricks, Airflow), ensure data quality and governance, build rollups and consumable datasets, implement CI/CD and automated testing, create and maintain Looker dashboards, mentor team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and integrate AI tooling to enable self-service analytics and data-driven product decisions.

Manage cross-functional planning and execution of brand, demand-generation campaigns and events. Improve project systems and processes, use approved AI tools, lead meetings, track risks, deliver stakeholder updates, and run retrospectives to optimize workflows.

Manage client campaigns from kickoff through wrap-up, monitor performance, surface insights, support reporting and optimization, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. Support onboarding, trainings, and occasional travel (up to 20%).

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional implementation projects for grocery retail, commerce, and advertising partners. Scope work, plan and execute initiatives, set KPIs, manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor team members, and continuously improve PMO practices using data-driven problem solving and project reviews.

Lead sales planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling for all revenue streams; partner with Revenue leadership on go-to-market investments, compensation, and pipeline health; build bottoms-up revenue models, ROI analyses, and dashboards; reconcile bookings and revenue controls; present insights to executives and support investor materials.
