Build zero-touch provisioning, patching, compliance, security baselines, application packaging, lifecycle workflows, and automation scripts. Partner with IT, Security, and Identity teams on device access and monitoring. Provide Tier 3 incident support, maintain Git-based infrastructure automation, document runbooks, and improve delegated support processes across a distributed enterprise fleet.
