The Sales Engineer will support Account Executives by aligning Superhuman's solutions with educational institutions’ needs, delivering demos, conducting POCs, and engaging with technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and deploy core ML systems and components for an AI agent platform, including search ranking, proactive suggestions, orchestration, routing, and planning; integrate cutting-edge LLMs and ensure high-quality user experiences while working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Build and scale Superhuman's community programs by recruiting and onboarding members, running virtual events and engagement campaigns, managing Slack and Common Room communities, partnering cross-functionally to surface product feedback, analyzing community health metrics, and creating scalable processes and documentation to grow advocacy and member retention.

Build and operate high-throughput backend services powering AI agent orchestration, connector integrations, and real-time data pipelines. Design scalable core platform services, collaborate with ML, frontend, and product teams, implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, and mentor junior engineers to deliver reliable, AI-powered features.

Lead demand generation programs for Superhuman Mail, collaborating with Sales and other teams to drive marketing-sourced pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, optimization, and performance analysis.
