Acquire mid-market customers through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through closing. Build customer relationships, articulate Gong’s value proposition, run pilot programs, manage forecasts, and achieve quarterly sales quotas. As a Commercial Revenue Architect at Gong, you'll design strategies for revenue transformation, architect workflows, drive adoption, and manage renewals for clients using Gong's AI Operating System, ensuring customer success and measurable business outcomes.

The Mid-Market Revenue Architect partners with mid-sized customers to drive revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System, focusing on strategy, workflows, and customer adoption.

Owns the end-to-end strategy and operations of go-to-market sales compensation, including plan design, quotas, accelerators, crediting, payouts, exceptions, compliance, and audit controls. Leads the compensation team, manages the ICM/SPM platform, partners with RevOps, Finance, and field leadership, and drives scalable governance, communication, and change management.

Lead Gong’s global Product Marketing organization, defining product positioning, market differentiation, GTM strategy, launches, solution marketing, pricing and packaging, thought leadership, and customer value narratives. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive adoption, growth, enablement, monetization, and market leadership for Gong’s Revenue AI platform. Serve as a senior external ambassador while building and guiding a high-performing PMM team.

Own the strategy, design, performance, and technical roadmap for Gong’s corporate website. Lead brand narrative, product marketing alignment, conversion optimization, personalization, A/B testing, analytics, accessibility, and web infrastructure initiatives. Build and manage a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and content producers while coordinating with brand, engineering, IT, and go-to-market stakeholders. Hire, coach, and develop web talent and drive high-velocity execution amid ambiguity.

As an Enterprise Revenue Architect, you will lead revenue transformation initiatives, guide customer strategy, and optimize workflows for Gong's AI Operating System to achieve measurable business outcomes and enhance customer engagement.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition, managing the sales process from lead to close while collaborating with teams to develop sales strategies. Ideal candidates should have substantial SaaS and enterprise sales experience and excellent communication skills.
