Leads Gong’s outbound Sales Development team by hiring, coaching, and managing SDRs. Builds data-driven prospecting strategies, develops team sales and industry skills, drives accountability and quota performance, manages KPIs, creates incentives, reports results, improves processes and productivity, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing to strengthen pipeline generation.

Leads strategic revenue transformation for enterprise customers using Gong’s AI Operating System. Owns renewal and expansion strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to improve the customer journey, engagement, retention, and growth.

Leads Gong’s outbound sales development function by hiring, coaching, and managing SDRs; developing data-driven prospecting strategies; improving sales development processes, efficiency, productivity, and KPIs; reporting on team and individual performance; and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing.

Own the monthly sales commissions cycle for Sales, SDR, and Partnerships, including data preparation, calculations, payout accuracy, reconciliations, disputes, and audit trails. Administer ICM/SPM platforms, model compensation-plan changes, analyze attainment and payout costs, support forecasting and platform migration, maintain documentation, and partner with RevOps, Finance, and GTM Systems to automate processes and improve data governance.

Manage commercial prospects from lead through close, articulate Gong’s value proposition, build customer relationships, maintain sales forecasts, achieve quarterly quotas, and run 7–10 day pilot programs. The role requires SaaS and enterprise software sales experience, outbound prospecting, demonstrated sales success, strong communication, and the ability to sell to executives and multiple organizational decision-makers in a hybrid Austin-area environment.

Own the end-to-end renewal process for SMB B2B SaaS customers, including outreach, negotiations, forecasting, contract execution, churn mitigation, and expansion identification. Manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce, collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, and improve renewal workflows, automation, customer engagement, and retention strategies.

Drive net-new customer acquisition for Gong Foundations across enterprise accounts. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, develop account-based strategies, build self-sourced pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, present ROI, navigate complex buying cycles using MEDDPICC, maintain CRM and forecast accuracy, and consistently achieve new-logo and quota targets.

Provides pooled technical account advisory services for Gong customers, including configuration guidance, integration health reviews, troubleshooting, technical health assessments, and workflow optimization. Leads scoped customer engagements, translates technical challenges into actionable recommendations, collaborates with Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Professional Services, and develops reusable technical documentation and enablement materials.

Drive net-new business in a greenfield territory from prospecting to close. Build account plans, engage C-suite stakeholders, position Gong's value, self-source outbound opportunities, use MEDDPICC, and collaborate with SDRs and Sales Engineering. Role is remote (MST/PST) with up to 20% travel.
