The Business Development Manager will grow Finix's strategic partnerships with startup accelerators and venture capital firms, managing opportunities and negotiations to drive revenue growth.

Support finance and cross-functional operations by building models, reporting, and workflows for loss recovery, receivables, and settlement tracking. Analyze data, coordinate with risk/legal/customer teams, identify process gaps, and lead ad-hoc strategic projects to optimize recovery and cash management.

Serve as front-line technical contact: manage support ticket queue, troubleshoot and debug customer issues (APIs, logs, SQL), document solutions, advocate for customers in product meetings, and collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Engineering to improve the payments platform.
