Coach and mentor contact-center representatives handling loan applications. Monitor metrics, QA, surveys, and error reports to drive performance improvements. Identify trends, recommend solutions, support engagement and recognition programs, and assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Develop, own, and deploy core features across full-stack applications. Collaborate in Agile teams to design APIs, work with microservices/event-driven architectures, optimize SQL databases, debug production issues, participate in on-call rotation, and use AI tools to improve development workflows.

Support a core P&L by managing credit performance, driving process improvements and projects end-to-end, evaluating underwriting and vendor proposals, collaborating cross-functionally, and running data-intensive ad hoc analyses to balance credit risk with growth and improve customer experience.
