Own and scale the global tax function including ASC 740 provisions, global income tax compliance, in-house property/sales/FBAR filings, state registrations, and automated sales tax systems. Maintain internal controls, manage transfer pricing policy with external advisors, monitor tax law and identify credits (e.g., R&D), and lead audit defense for federal, state, and international tax examinations.
