Serves as the Log Management domain authority, partnering with sales teams and customers on solution architecture, competitive displacement, proof-of-concept execution, and Dynatrace adoption. Designs log-ingestion and routing pipelines, leads best-practice workshops, develops economic value models, and helps customers optimize log consumption, reduce costs, improve troubleshooting speed, and increase platform usage.

Drive enterprise software sales growth across Caribbean accounts using a land-and-expand strategy. Manage 7–10 existing customers and 5–8 prospects, acquire new logos, expand usage, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build executive relationships, execute territory and account plans, deliver product demonstrations, coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, SDRs, and partners, and ensure successful customer implementations.

The role involves managing growth and adoption of the Dynatrace platform in assigned federal accounts, creating strategic account plans, developing long-term relationships, and driving sales strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The Cloud Native Specialist acts as a technical expert on Kubernetes and multi-cloud strategies, leading POCs, integrating Dynatrace into CI/CD practices, and advocating for cloud-native observability solutions.

Lead and scale strategic AI infrastructure partnerships to embed Dynatrace as the default observability layer for GPU-accelerated AI workloads. Own partner strategy, executive relationships, alliance agreements, joint GTM/co-sell motions, pipeline targets, joint product roadmap, and partner enablement to drive partner-influenced revenue and customer wins.
