Responsible for month-end and quarter-end revenue recognition and reconciliations under ASC 606 across subscription, services, and usage streams. Perform contract reviews, prepare revenue assessments and disclosures, support auditors, prepare journal entries, and collaborate with global accounting, Order Management, Sales Operations and Renewals. Drive revenue automation and process improvements.

Perform end-to-end revenue recognition and close activities for subscription, services, and usage revenue. Execute contract reviews, fair value allocations, journal entries, reconciliations, and quarterly/annual ASC 606 assessments. Support automation and process-improvement projects, collaborate with global accounting and sales/renewals/order management teams, and assist external auditors with revenue testing and disclosures.

Provides technical support throughout the sales cycle by delivering product demonstrations, leading proof-of-concept evaluations, supporting cloud architecture discussions, completing RFIs and RFPs, and presenting to executives and at industry events. Partners with sales teams, channel partners, customers, product management, and services teams. Requires deep observability expertise, strong technical communication, troubleshooting, and knowledge of cloud, DevOps, containers, Kubernetes, automation, and modern web and programming technologies.

Represent Bluebox publicly within the developer community by building demos, writing technical content, hosting livestreams and workshops, speaking at events, and fostering community engagement. Gather developer feedback, identify onboarding and documentation friction, influence the product roadmap, collaborate with influencers, and drive sign-ups and product usage. The role independently owns developer advocacy strategy and delivery for a new product and brand.

Own developer acquisition for Bluebox.ai by testing and scaling paid channels such as newsletters, Reddit, search, YouTube, podcasts, and community sponsorships. Manage paid media, attribution, funnel analytics, content execution, SEO, AI-SEO, and LLM optimization. Measure sign-ups, meaningful usage, and activation, redirecting budget based on results. Operate independently in an ambiguous startup environment while collaborating with the broader GTM team.

Own developer acquisition for Bluebox.ai by testing and scaling paid channels such as newsletters, Reddit, search, YouTube, podcasts, and community sponsorships. Manage paid media, attribution, funnel analytics, campaign reporting, and content distribution. Optimize for sign-ups, meaningful usage, and activation while experimenting with SEO, AI-SEO, and LLM optimization. Operate independently in a startup-like environment, documenting results and reallocating budget based on data.

Serve as the public face and voice of Bluebox, building developer trust and community presence from the ground up. Create technical content, livestreams, videos, workshops, conference talks, and meetups. Help users share product stories, collaborate with influencers and community partners, identify onboarding and documentation friction, and relay evidence-based feedback to Product and Engineering. Success is measured by sign-ups and meaningful product usage.

Define and lead enterprise data governance: create standards, operating model, and AI-ready data practices. Partner with data product managers, platform engineering, security, legal and privacy to enable self-service, metadata, lineage, quality, access controls, and compliance while building governance councils and driving adoption.

Own and scale strategic alliances with leading LLM and foundation model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). Build partnership GTM, co-sell motions, executive relationships, joint solutions and integrations, drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, and enable product and field teams on AI observability solutions.
