Manage pharmaceutical client accounts from project kickoff through campaign completion, ensuring contract fulfillment, timeline management, content development, campaign measurement, client communication, and revenue recognition. The role requires coordinating internal and external teams, managing multiple projects independently, forecasting deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships in a healthcare communications environment.

Lead data projects from ingestion through analysis and recommendations while collaborating with product managers, analysts, and developers. Apply advanced statistics, SQL, Python, distributed processing, machine learning, and data visualization to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Creates customized marketing materials—including presentations, one-pagers, videos, proposals, RFPs, and results decks—to support sales growth. Ensure accurate ASC 606 revenue recognition for complex contracts, complete month-end close activities and journal entries, maintain technical revenue policies and workbooks, analyze revenue variances, lead SOX and audit support, and implement automation improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Lead development and evaluation of AI products for medical professionals using large-scale datasets. Create product and client-facing analytics, influence data team strategy, and collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to execute data projects from ingestion through analysis to recommendations.
