We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our locum tenens team. In this role, you will leverage our cutting-edge technology, resources, and established reputation to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians. Your ability to communicate effectively, thrive in a quota-driven sales environment, and stay persistent will be key to your success. This role will be filled in our Irving, Texas headquarters or remote U.S.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience & Education: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting or sales, with a college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Communication & Sales Orientation: Strong communicator with proven success in a sales-driven environment, able to confidently connect with diverse personalities and drive results. ● Sales & Persistence: A proven track record in a sales-driven environment, showcasing persuasive abilities and a results-focused approach.
  • Conflict Resolution & Positivity:Skilled at resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Capable of balancing independent work with effective collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
