Conduct outbound phone and email prospecting to lawyers, law firms, and corporations; research accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, book sales meetings, overcome objections, meet activity quotas, and collaborate with regional sales executives. The role includes ongoing sales training and career development.

Drive territory revenue by selling DISCO's eDiscovery SaaS to law firms and corporate legal departments. Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans, prospect and close new business, manage and grow existing accounts, upsell/cross-sell, maintain CRM data, and submit forecasts to exceed targets.

Manage the company's external financial reporting and SEC filings, coordinate disclosures with Accounting, Finance, Legal and IR, prepare EPS, stock-based compensation and consolidated financial statements, interact with auditors, manage equity in E*Trade, assist month-end close and reconciliations, and serve as the technical accounting SME ensuring US GAAP and SEC compliance.

Builds and maintains financial models, pricing calculators, and business case templates to support sales. Delivers enablement and training, performs data analysis and operational diagnostics for large enterprise deals, and owns analytics tracking to demonstrate impact on win rates, deal velocity, and deal size.

Serve as primary client liaison for the forensics lab: schedule and host scoping calls, coordinate stakeholders (sales, PM, examiners), perform documentation and QC for forensic tickets, provide status updates, collect client feedback, and act as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.
