The Senior Engineer 2 will lead performance optimizations in AI Inference, focusing on architectural decisions, benchmarking, and complex GPU optimizations to enhance throughput and reduce latency for large models.

Build and run the Go-To-Market enablement function: design AE onboarding and certification, create pitch libraries, coach AEs via live/recorded calls and workshops, manage enablement content and cadence, and partner with RevOps, Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing to keep sellers effective and informed.

Lead DigitalOcean's global field and event marketing strategy, focusing on SF/Bay Area. Own first- and third-party events, drive pipeline and brand through creative attendee experiences, vendor networks, and repeatable playbooks. Partner with Sales, Product, and Growth, hire and develop the events team, and measure ROI across registrations, engagement, and revenue impact.

Maintain and grow physical data center infrastructure: racking, wiring, installing and troubleshooting servers, networking and storage, perform hardware repairs, RMAs, debug Linux and network issues, manage inventory, support deployments and new site builds, participate in on-call rotation and mentor junior engineers.

Lead product strategy and delivery for customer-facing security and identity capabilities. Define roadmaps, translate identity and access problems into intuitive console and API experiences, partner with engineering on architecture, engage customers for discovery, drive full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, define success metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase adoption and reduce security risk.

Lead and own the insider threat program: design detection, automate workflows, build/tune UEBA/SIEM/DLP/UAM detection content, investigate anomalous activity, collaborate with DFIR/Threat Intel/HR/Legal, perform large-scale data analytics and reporting, and improve metrics and playbooks to reduce risk and false positives.
