Designs personalized, multichannel journeys in Braze; uses behavioral data, experimentation, AI, and LLM-enabled analytics to improve retention, engagement, viewership, and customer value. Coordinates cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, agencies, and lifecycle operations; owns growth initiatives, measurement, OKRs, and continuous optimization while developing a high-performing global team.

The Principal Technical Program Manager will oversee technical projects, manage execution across teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment on digital supply chain initiatives at Crunchyroll.
