As a Senior Software Engineer at Cribl, you will contribute to building and delivering improved cloud services, solve infrastructure issues, implement product roadmaps, and ensure software quality and reliability. You will work autonomously within a distributed team and engage with product development, focusing on creating scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.

Lead and grow a team of 5-7 enterprise sales reps in the Bay Area, recruit and develop sales leaders, build business plans, drive new-logo acquisition and account expansion, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, develop GTM strategy, and report to the VP of Sales. The Channel Sales Manager will drive revenue generation through strategic partnerships in the Ohio Valley Region, engaging various channel partners to enhance business growth and manage relationship development effectively.

Own territory sales for enterprise customers: develop business plans, generate leads, run complex sales cycles, articulate value from engineers to CxOs, forecast and hit targets, create demand, and close new logos while working closely with channel partners.

Technical leader for Data Engineering responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing Snowflake-based data platforms, self-hosted orchestration (Prefect), dbt practices, AWS infrastructure, and data pipelines. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, partner cross-functionally, ensure observability and production-grade practices, and enable model-ready datasets and AI/LLM workflows.

Lead platform engineering focused on identity, authentication, and authorization across scalable, resilient backend services. Drive architecture, full‑stack TypeScript development, CI/CD automation, testing, on‑call service ownership, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem deployments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable control-plane features for Cribl Stream to deploy, configure, and orchestrate distributed nodes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production APIs, automated tests, and reliability improvements. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and SaaS operations while using AI-assisted tools to improve development and operational efficiency.
