Lead a team delivering shipboard financial and operational analytics. Oversee forecasting, data modeling, dashboard development (Tableau/Power BI), data governance, stakeholder engagement, and scalable analytics solutions to inform financial decisions and optimize shipboard performance.

Manage day-to-day accounting for the loyalty points program, prepare and review journal entries, perform reconciliations and analytical reviews, support forecasts, execute SOX controls, assist audits and technical accounting research, and drive process and controls improvements to ensure accurate loyalty-related financial reporting under US GAAP.

Provide legal administrative coordination for litigation and compliance: intake, docketing, calendaring, subpoena and Medicare reporting compliance, evidence preservation support, administrative tasks, travel and expense coordination, timecard administration, and onboarding/offboarding support to mitigate legal and regulatory risk.

Lead end-to-end operational and financial audits: plan and scope reviews, perform walkthroughs and testing, analyze data, identify root causes, report findings to senior management, drive remediation actions, support SOX 404 and forensic assignments, and maintain IIA-compliant documentation.
