The Drawings Analyst reviews and analyzes fabrication drawings for accuracy, assists in clarifying specifications, and resolves fabrication issues.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing plant using CI/lean methods and project management. Support production, quality, safety, and maintenance through Kaizens, process improvements, training, and data-driven tools to improve productivity, quality, and morale.

Manage regional sales for steel and concrete utility structures: set targets, create sales plans and budgets, maintain alliance accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams for on-time delivery, prepare contract extensions, gather forecasts, and collaborate with outside sales.

Analyze and clean large datasets, build and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards, support category management and TCO analysis, produce regular working capital and supplier performance reports, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify automation opportunities to improve supply chain processes.

Analyze and design tubular steel transmission structures to meet customer specifications and standards; prepare calculations, cost estimates, drawings, and reports; coordinate revisions, resolve technical issues, and support fabrication and field problem resolution.

Manage daily/weekly timecard review and payroll approval, perform labor reconciliations and month-end journal entries, audit SOX reports, maintain dashboards and attendance/OT reporting, update UKG (vacations/reimbursements), track scrap, support AP invoice processing, and provide UKG training to supervisors.

Provide HR support at a manufacturing plant including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, records management, compliance (FMLA, LOA, workers' comp), training, retention initiatives, unemployment hearings, and general HR administrative duties.
