Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance across CRM, data, integrations, and AI-agent products. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize investments, partner with Engineering on delivery, commercialize products with Sales and Customer Success, establish product analytics, improve adoption and retention, and represent the company with customers and partners. The role also oversees API reliability, product launches, and security, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Handle 100% warm inbound/outbound calls to help customers set up electricity, internet, TV, and home security. Build rapport, answer questions, overcome objections, recommend services, close sales, follow up to maintain pipeline, and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets in a commission-driven call center environment.

Execute and track customer service orders across multiple provider portals, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and clean CRM documentation. Communicate with sales advisors, customers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies, follow structured workflows and checklists, and manage multiple active orders to meet strict daily deadlines.

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls: answer, qualify leads, schedule appointments with sales advisors, route and document leads in the CRM, follow up to ensure appointments occur, and coordinate with sales and processing teams.
