Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal power management ICs across the full cycle: architecture, schematic, simulation, layout supervision, silicon bring-up, characterization, modeling, debug, and documentation while collaborating with systems, test, and product teams.

Support customers by providing system-level technical recommendations for analog power products, developing reference designs and application notes, debugging board and system-level hardware, delivering demos and training, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to influence product roadmaps.

Define and prioritize roadmaps for analog power product lines, develop positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans, engage customers and sales, collaborate with engineering on product definitions, monitor competitors, create marketing collateral, and support product launches to drive revenue and adoption.

Design and verify digital logic for power-management analog ICs across the full digital design cycle: architecture, RTL, verification, synthesis, timing closure, layout supervision, silicon characterization, and cross-functional collaboration with analog, systems, test, and product teams.

Designs and supports reference designs, evaluation modules, and system integrations for high-speed RF data converters. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB development, FPGA and embedded software coordination, customer design support, board debugging, silicon characterization, laboratory automation, application note creation, and testing of RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital systems. The role supports aerospace and defense, test and measurement, and data center applications.

Evaluates, selects, installs, upgrades, maintains, and improves semiconductor epitaxial manufacturing equipment. The role studies equipment reliability, develops uptime and problem-solving programs, supports manufacturing and process engineering teams, monitors technical and safety updates, and defines preventive maintenance schedules. Candidates need semiconductor manufacturing experience with EPI processes, tool configurations, equipment maintenance, cleanroom practices, and process-control techniques.

Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program while developing semiconductor applications expertise. Provide technical support, promote products, solve customer system-level challenges, debug and test solutions, understand end-equipment needs, and help define future products. Collaborate with customers and internal teams through hands-on learning, technical projects, and exposure to product and digital marketing functions.

Supports high-volume semiconductor manufacturing by improving processes, procedures, equipment operations, yield, efficiency, cost, and quality. The role performs equipment and lot dispositions, analyzes data, resolves systematic process or equipment issues, supports manufacturing ramps, executes process startups and experiments, and delivers improvement projects. Candidates need a relevant engineering or science bachelor’s degree, at least two years of process engineering experience, and knowledge of statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
