Texas Instruments is seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to join our Analog Power Products organization in Dallas. In this role, you will combine your technical background with market insight to define product strategy, drive product roadmaps, and grow revenue for TI's analog power product lines.
Product Marketing Engineers at TI are the voice of the market. You will use a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to define products customers want, position them competitively, and work across engineering and sales to drive adoption and growth.
Responsibilities include:- Define and prioritize product roadmaps for assigned analog power product lines based on customer, market, and competitive analysis
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that drive market share and revenue growth
- Engage with customers and TI's sales teams to understand current and future design needs
- Collaborate with systems and design engineering teams to influence new product definitions
- Monitor the competitive landscape and develop differentiated technical positioning
- Create marketing collateral, product briefs, and technical presentations that enable the sales force and drive customer engagement
- Track product performance metrics and identify portfolio optimization opportunities
- Support new product launches including sampling strategies, announcement, and customer engagement plans
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in product marketing, applications engineering, or a technical business role in the semiconductor industry
- Technical knowledge of analog power products including DC/DC converters, LDOs, battery management ICs, or similar
- Experience developing product roadmaps and competitive analyses
- Familiarity with market research and customer engagement processes
- Strong business and financial acumen including experience with pricing and portfolio analysis
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer, competitive, and technical inputs into actionable product strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical content to executive and customer audiences
- Prior experience in applications engineering is a strong plus - customer-facing technical experience translates directly to this role
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams spanning engineering, sales, and business development
- Ability to take initiative and drive for results with strong time management and prioritization skills
