On-site inside sales engineer supporting Brady and Gravotech engraving solutions: cultivate new and existing business via phone and email, evaluate customer needs, propose tailored solutions, support territory managers, coordinate order submission and quality reports, and manage multiple sales opportunities through the sales cycle.

The Senior Territory Manager is responsible for managing healthcare relationships, driving sales in Southern California, and establishing long-term customer relationships. This role involves direct engagement with hospitals to meet sales goals, demonstrating product solutions, and participating in trade shows.

Partner with department heads and senior leadership to align budgets with corporate goals, monitor performance, provide strategic financial insights, and advise on investments and resource allocation. The role is hybrid and based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Leads advanced technical support by investigating and resolving complex application issues, performing root-cause analysis, escalating problems to Engineering and Quality, and supporting customers and partners. The role maintains case records and knowledge-base content, participates in new product introduction programs, trains and mentors lower-tier support agents, communicates with customers, and provides frontline support during peak periods. The position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, includes on-call coverage, and requires up to 15% travel.

Drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, generating new business, managing key customer relationships, and maintaining account satisfaction. Oversees order-to-delivery performance, inbound and outbound logistics, costs, inventory, inventory record accuracy, physical inventory, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. Drives productivity improvements and flawless logistics execution for the Productivity Solutions and Services organization.

Provides strategic legal counsel for procurement and commercial contracting. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates supplier, vendor, customer, technology, licensing, services, channel, and government agreements. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, company policies, procurement requirements, government contract terms, and flow-down obligations. Advises stakeholders on contract interpretation, disputes, regulatory compliance, legal risk mitigation, subcontracting, and bid and proposal support.
