Provide financial and situational analysis, build BI reports and dashboards, support ad-hoc and recurring reporting, analyze promotions/pricing/forecasting, and recommend process improvements to inform business decisions across Restaurant, Fuels, and Retail divisions.

Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing processes: conduct market research, analyze large data sets, support and assist contract negotiations, provide analytics and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally. Some travel may be required.

Lead and coordinate accounting initiatives, partner with VP of Accounting, manage enterprise projects (ERP, M&A, automation), drive process improvement, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, resolve accounting issues, prepare executive and board-level reporting, and mentor accounting staff to improve operational consistency and scalability.

Lead enterprise compensation strategy and programs across multiple business units. Architect pay frameworks, govern merit/bonus/LTI programs, provide market benchmarking and analytics, advise senior leaders on executive pay, and build a high-performing compensation team while improving governance and operational delivery.
