Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise AI platforms across customer, store, enterprise, and SDLC domains. Build production-grade GenAI/agentic systems, enable edge and real-time inference, establish MLOps/LLMOps and governance, and scale AI across thousands of stores to drive measurable business outcomes.

Leads the SOX and IT General Controls compliance program, including control design, testing, evidence collection, audit coordination, and remediation. Oversees the enterprise Change Advisory Board and ITIL-aligned change lifecycle using ServiceNow. Owns consumer promotional strategy for 7NOW New Verticals, including offer design, promotional calendars, customer journeys, pricing, testing, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Partners with CRM, Product, Technology, Analytics, Loyalty, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase. Builds scalable promotional processes for expansion into new markets.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for AI-powered products and intelligent workflows across customer, store, franchisee, and enterprise experiences. Partners with engineering, architecture, data science, UX, and business teams to prioritize use cases, define success metrics, develop technical requirements, evaluate AI performance, and deliver pilots and MVPs. Advocates for users, communicates technical concepts, resolves impediments, and establishes responsible AI and product governance practices.
