Lead analytics strategy and execution for the 7‑Eleven mobile app. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to define metrics, build dashboards, run experiments and models, quantify impact, ensure data integrity and instrumentation, and translate analysis into recommendations for senior leaders.

Ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of the 7NOW delivery platform through monitoring, incident response, automation, observability, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include on-call support, root cause analysis, runbook development, cloud cost optimization, CI/CD maintenance, capacity planning, security remediation, disaster recovery testing, and performance tuning. The role also collaborates with engineering and infrastructure teams and mentors junior staff.

Oversee fuel and related tax returns, including timely filing, payment, review, and general ledger reconciliation. Support SOX compliance, financial reporting, month-end close, process documentation, and tax risk mitigation. Lead business support by resolving inquiries from operations and accounting teams and communicating with stakeholders and taxing authorities. Assist with process improvements and performance management initiatives.

Leads strategic sourcing for national brands and large CPG manufacturers, including negotiation strategy, pricing, rebates, trade funding, contracts, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Partners with category, marketing, and cross-functional teams to leverage enterprise spend, improve margins, and support growth. Builds and develops a sourcing team, strengthens governance and processes, applies data-driven market and cost analysis, and provides executive-level recommendations and thought leadership.

Coordinates IT infrastructure initiatives between Network Engineering, management, internal clients, and vendors. Gathers requirements, develops technical road maps, manages timelines, budgets, resources, maintenance, network issues, asset records, contracts, and service-level agreements. Provides status updates, supports infrastructure upgrades and renewals, forecasts budgets, and translates network strategies into actionable project plans.

Leads acquisition integration across interim, post-closing, remodeling, and rebranding phases. Evaluates potential transactions, develops integration plans, coordinates cross-functional departments, and ensures initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and accountable. Serves as the primary liaison among M&A, Operations, Store Support Center stakeholders, and departments including HR, IT, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Merchandising. Also coordinates divestment activities involving third-party operators.

Manages strategic sourcing and procurement for treasury, payments, banking, kiosks, gift cards, and financial services. Leads requirements gathering, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, implementation coordination, risk reviews, governance, and supplier performance management. Develops data-driven sourcing strategies, financial models, pricing analyses, and business cases to reduce costs, mitigate risk, and create value. Collaborates with finance, legal, technology, operations, suppliers, and executive stakeholders.

Lead Private Brands strategic sourcing team to develop multi-year sourcing roadmaps, drive cost savings, manage domestic and import supplier portfolios, negotiate complex contracts, improve sourcing governance and tools, and partner cross-functionally to enable growth, quality, speed to market, and risk mitigation.

Leads Demand Chain product strategy, multi-year systems roadmaps, architecture alignment, and a portfolio of implementations, integrations, enhancements, and fixes. Manages business analysts, requirements, testing, rollouts, budgets, backlogs, risks, resources, and executive communications. Oversees administration of systems such as Oracle OMS and Inventory Management while partnering with IT and business leaders to modernize platforms, improve automation, and enhance data architecture.
