Oversees the enterprise Change Advisory Board and ITIL-aligned change lifecycle using ServiceNow. Manages compliance and change-management teams, develops training, monitors risks, and creates Archer and Power BI dashboards for compliance and change reporting. Partners with Internal Audit, Legal, Information Security, business leaders, and third-party auditors.

Owns consumer promotional strategy for 7NOW New Verticals, including offer design, promotional calendars, customer journeys, pricing, testing, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Partners with CRM, Product, Technology, Analytics, Loyalty, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase. Builds scalable promotional processes for expansion into new markets.
