Supports institutional commercial real estate investment sales throughout the deal lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining comparable sales data, preparing property summaries and offering materials, coordinating investor tours, managing CRM and deal-platform updates, supporting bid processes, presenting investment theses, and preparing closing documentation. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, client-service, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Executes accurate and timely tenant accounts receivable transactions, including entering beginning balances, reviewing and posting cash receipts, reconciling cash, preparing tenant statements, researching charges, and applying payments. Collaborates with property management teams to maintain accurate, current accounts and supporting documentation. The role requires data accuracy, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; MRI, Yardi, SAP, or Oracle experience is preferred.

Supports a top-producing commercial real estate brokerage executive and agency leasing and tenant-representation team. Responsibilities include transaction coordination, client service, property tours, maintaining transaction files, tracking deadlines, preparing reports and presentations, market research, CRM and pipeline management, business-development support, sales pursuits, mapping analyses, administrative tasks, and using AI tools to improve workflows.

Supports commercial real estate capital markets transactions and advisory projects, including CMBS and CLO securitizations. Reviews loan and due-diligence data, analyzes collateral and credit quality, builds financial models, prepares offering documents and data tapes, performs reconciliations and quality control, and coordinates with clients, legal counsel, accountants, underwriters, and rating agencies.

Owns technical architecture for complex full-stack initiatives and scalable distributed systems. Integrates agentic AI, LLM applications, and automation into engineering and product platforms. Establishes engineering standards, leads design reviews, resolves performance and reliability issues, shapes technical roadmaps, and mentors engineers across multiple teams. Partners with leadership to drive cloud-native architecture, modern development practices, and adoption of AI tooling.

Owns architecture and technical direction for enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery. Designs resilient cloud-native platforms, establishes infrastructure and security standards, leads cross-team technical initiatives, and mentors engineers. Integrates agentic AI, LLM automation, and self-healing capabilities into DevOps workflows while addressing systemic reliability and scalability issues. Partners with leadership to create infrastructure roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies.

Oversee commercial real estate securitization transactions, including CMBS and CLO offering documents, data tapes, loan-level and property-level due diligence, and transaction materials. Serve as a primary client contact while coordinating originators, underwriters, legal counsel, accountants, investors, and rating agencies. Review large-loan write-ups, support deal milestones, maintain quality control, and develop standardized procedures to improve transaction efficiency and accuracy.
