Lead a regional pursuit pod to drive win rates and delivery outcomes. Own narrative strategy, quality standards, team development, workload balance, and pursuit submissions. Track and report pod performance metrics, translate insights into process improvements, and collaborate with practice and studio leaders on competitive research and pursuit collateral.

Travel required.
