Lead sourcing and category management for e-commerce and small-parcel spend. Coordinate and expedite cross-border rail shipments of frozen and chilled food between the US and Mexico. Ensure regulatory compliance, temperature integrity, timely delivery, customs filings, documentation accuracy, and stakeholder communication with carriers, brokers, government agencies, cold storage, and internal teams.

Lead the planning, execution, and governing of automation deployment, overseeing system integrations and managing engineering teams to ensure successful facility launches.
