Support Americold facilities by developing engineered labor standards, driving productivity and inventory control improvements, implementing performance incentives, and sustaining continuous improvement projects. Use dashboards and analytics to identify issues, train operations teams, evaluate material handling needs, create project scopes, and conduct audits to benchmark and improve distribution center performance. Partner with sales, finance, and operations to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial performance while driving data governance, automation, and scalable commercial systems.

Lead multiple warehouse General Managers across a region to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Implement Americold Operating System, lean continuous improvement, SQF product quality, energy/refrigeration standards, and labor optimization. Partner with support functions (HR, Safety, FP&A, Procurement), manage customer and labor relations, develop teams, perform facility audits and visits, monitor KPIs/scorecards, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The Sr Financial Analyst will support corporate activities in SG&A budgeting, variance analysis, executive reporting, and maintain financial models to aid decision-making and enhance financial processes.

Manage warehouse and distribution operations, supervising supervisors and staff to ensure timely product movement, inventory accuracy, customer service, safety, and regulatory compliance.
