Perform general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, assets, inventory, cost control), ensure ledger accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, analyze financial information, maintain internal controls, support internal/external audits, and provide reporting support for assigned area.

Perform classical and FEA structural analyses (linear/nonlinear statics, modal, transient, random, frequency response) to ensure hardware integrity. Calculate failure modes (fatigue, fracture, buckling), evaluate joints, support design reviews, prepare reports and certification documentation, and coordinate with project teams and customers. Support fracture control and fatigue-life assessments for aerospace and oilfield hardware.

Maintain and administer the systems engineering requirements database (SEDB): metadata and schema management, user/security administration, queries/views, workflows, backups, installs/upgrades, license compliance, performance tuning, and automation. Support systems engineering documentation (CONOPS, requirements specs, RVTM, ICDs), provide SysML/UML modeling SME support, coordinate upgrades across IT groups, and assist system engineers with scripting, cloud instantiation, and integrations. Work may support DoD programs and require security clearance and US citizenship.

Design and develop software for ROVs, AUVs, and subsea tooling on Windows and Linux. Handle requirements, design, implementation, and testing; maintain revision control; prepare technical procedures; mentor junior engineers; serve as technical lead on projects; collaborate across divisions and communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Up to 25% onshore travel with potential occasional offshore travel.

Process US and global payrolls accurately and confidentially: enter and validate employee data, reconcile payroll to general ledger and bank statements, manage taxes and garnishments (via ADP), support audits and year-end, handle payroll inquiries, maintain SOPs, and assist on payroll projects and testing.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain mission design simulations and software tools for NASA and commercial spaceflight programs. Implement coding standards, use source control and CI/CD, produce software documentation, support Class C software processes per NPR 7150.2, and collaborate with NASA civil servants and contractors.
