Provides senior-level legal administrative, corporate governance, and legal operations support to the Chief Legal Officer and Legal Department leadership. Coordinates Board and Committee meetings, governance records, proxy and SEC filing support, document execution, legal invoices, budgets, reporting, SharePoint repositories, calendars, travel, and departmental projects. The role requires extensive experience with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, government contracting, and controlled technical data, plus eligibility for a Department of Defense security clearance.

Manages Integrated Product Support functions for subsea and maritime systems, ensuring lifecycle sustainment, material readiness, and operational capability. Leads multidisciplinary engineering and logistics teams, develops product support and logistics plans, manages risks, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables, and supports government acquisition programs, proposals, customer coordination, analyses, testing, and technical documentation. Requires knowledge of DoDI 5000-series guidance, defense contracting requirements, and IPS methodologies.
