Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance; role includes domestic and international travel, including shipboard operations.

Lead supplier management for fabrication, machining, and welding: develop supplier capability, manage performance and quality, procure critical components, mentor buyers, ensure on‑time delivery, and drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Provide technical leadership for complex marine engineering projects from concept through completion. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage schedules/costs/resources, ensure ISO-9000 and customer compliance, review/approve designs and changes, assess vendors, support bids/proposals, and perform/oversee analysis (FEA, DDAM) and integration activities.

Lead systems engineering activities: develop CONOPS, requirements/specifications, ICDs, hazard analyses, test plans; apply MBSE/SysML and SEDB tools; guide design teams, produce reports, and interface with clients. Some travel required.
