Manage complex, interconnected programs and lead project managers across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, procurement, vendors, and stakeholders. Conducts needs and gap analyses, translates technical knowledge into learning objectives and materials, manages multiple learning projects, administers LMS content, supports training delivery, and evaluates learning effectiveness. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts while ensuring compliance with government accreditation and agency requirements.

Owns the Product Data Management platform and digital parts library, including administration, workflows, integrations, data governance, security, compliance, performance, and user support. Manages engineering change processes, CAD and BOM data integrity, cloud and infrastructure coordination, and continuous improvement. Leads PDM administrators and component specialists while collaborating with engineering, operations, quality, IT, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

Coordinates personnel allocation, readiness, travel, training, certifications, immigration, deployment documentation, equipment maintenance, inventory, audits, and operational support for offshore activities. Communicates with business groups to ensure parts, tools, and system needs are met, assists with non-conformance closure, supports personnel mobilization, and organizes operational excellence initiatives. The role requires occasional site visits, travel, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Supports cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance programs. Develops security policies and frameworks, conducts risk assessments, coordinates remediation, and leads audit and questionnaire responses. Reviews cloud, system, and OT architectures; manages documentation, evidence, vulnerability tracking, and third-party risk. Supports incident response, data protection, security awareness, and project security requirements while ensuring compliance with NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR, EAR, and other regulations.

Provides administrative support for employee medical testing and Employee Solutions Center processes. Coordinates clinic appointments, follows up on results, maintains accurate records, uploads documentation, monitors deadlines, and escalates delays. Supports onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, case routing, data updates, audits, and general HR inquiries while protecting confidential employee information.

Supports the full lifecycle of subsea mechanical equipment and systems, including conceptual and detailed design, engineering analysis, documentation, testing, manufacturing support, troubleshooting, and offshore field operations. Designs pressure-containing equipment and ROV interfaces, evaluates materials and suppliers, conducts risk assessments and root-cause investigations, and supports FAT, SIT, commissioning, and customer activities. The role is hybrid with up to 20% offshore travel.

Leads mechanical engineering and design activities for complex maritime and ocean-deployed systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages moderate-scope technical projects, develops manufacturable designs, writes and executes test procedures, evaluates data, supports manufacturing and integration, and interfaces with customers. Contributes to proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and process improvements. Requires mechanical or ocean engineering expertise, maritime equipment experience, team leadership, engineering software proficiency, and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Performs cybersecurity risk management, security assessments, continuous monitoring, and authorization activities for classified information systems. Develops and reviews RMF documentation, STIG and vulnerability compliance artifacts, ATO packages, security controls, risk mitigation plans, and audit logs. Collaborates with system administrators, developers, incident response teams, government stakeholders, and program managers to maintain compliance and resolve vulnerabilities. Provides ISSO guidance and leads assignments while working with limited supervision.

Administers enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows systems, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, Cisco networking, and NetApp storage. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, security baseline implementation, documentation, data center support, and coordination with vendors and cybersecurity teams. The role supports classified infrastructure, leads selected assignments and junior staff, requires a TS clearance and polygraph, and involves approximately two weeks of annual travel with occasional after-hours support.
