Responsible for generating new B2B business within the Louisville area through prospecting, presentations and demos, territory planning, negotiation and closing, CRM-based pipeline management, and maintaining customer relationships and sales documentation. Requires travel within assigned territory and independent time management.

Support Technical Account Managers by managing quoting, proposals, client communications, and issue resolution. Handle sales administration, Autotask PSA tracking, meeting coordination, collections support, and client-facing deliverables to drive satisfaction and retention.

Pre-sales, quota-carrying role supporting outside sales to identify, scope, price, and close solutions (print management, eFax, scanning, translation, document management). Acts as SME and trainer, conducts on-site assessments, develops proposals, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures seamless implementation with the Solutions Implementation Manager.

Sell managed services by qualifying, presenting, proposing and closing opportunities. Build and manage a sales pipeline, create proposals and presentations, meet clients onsite, and coordinate solutions with vCIOs and Solutions Architects. Train and nurture Office Equipment reps and sales teams. Maintain Autotask opportunities and administrative sales processes.

Provide Tier 1 remote end-user support for Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware, desktop software, printers, IP phones, MFA/MDM, basic networking and Windows server issues, maintain documentation and credentials, and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Sell technology products and services by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new and renewal business. Manage customer relationships, track activities in a database/CRM, meet sales quotas, and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.

Lead financial strategy and operations across recurring and project revenue streams. Oversee planning, forecasting, cash and working capital management, compliance, M&A financials, and finance team leadership. Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to drive profitability, efficiency, and executive-level decision support.

Generate leads and close sales across an assigned territory using multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, face-to-face, LinkedIn). Meet monthly quotas for new business and renewals, manage pipelines and customer databases, present technology solutions, maintain customer relationships, and attend trainings to stay current.

Provide Tier 2 NOC support: troubleshoot monitoring alerts, escalated NOC and TAC tickets, remediate server and infrastructure issues, assist professional services, maintain client satisfaction, and improve technical practices.
