As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll advise small and midsized businesses on HR solutions, building relationships and achieving sales goals with uncapped commission potential.

Develop and maintain relationships with small and midsized business owners to sell Insperity HR services. Prospect and engage clients virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete contract paperwork, and facilitate onboarding of new clients.

Supervise IIS product support and client retention teams; manage vendor relationships and market research; administer agency management systems, training, and reporting; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance; collaborate with sales, carriers, and internal teams to optimize onboarding, service delivery, and product offerings.

Serve as a trusted HR business partner managing a book of client accounts, advising on employee relations, compliance, benefits, wage-and-hour, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, training needs, and documenting client interactions to improve retention and organizational performance.

Lead benefits specialist for Middle Market clients: manage benefits interactions, research and resolve complex issues, ensure compliance with benefit laws, deliver in-person and virtual education, lead benefits projects, mentor teammates, liaise with vendors and internal partners, analyze trends and reports, and support audits. Role requires travel to client sites (up to 30%).

Execute and review payroll for small-to-medium clients, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, process payroll runs, analyze and distribute payroll reports, troubleshoot and advise clients on payroll issues.

Partner with clients and HR Specialists to deliver compliance-focused HR services. Provide guidance on federal/state employment law, develop policies and handbooks, support implementation of tracking solutions, assist with training and client communications, and identify opportunities to expand Insperity services.

Sell Insperity's HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses through consultative relationships. Prospect and engage business owners virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete contract paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding while leveraging company marketing and service teams.
