Manage and lead the MidMarket Sales Support team to ensure timely, accurate sales support, complaint resolution, reporting, technology testing, process improvement, employee development, and cross-functional coordination to enhance client experience.

Manage and coach SDR/BDR team to meet revenue and market-share goals. Develop and execute sales initiatives, campaigns, prospect lists, reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation, program performance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage client HR relationships by resolving issues, advising on HR best practices and compliance, developing service strategies, delivering trainings and presentations, and using client management systems to drive retention and growth.

Provide advanced HR support across employee lifecycle including benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, policy implementation, and partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions and programs aligned with company and client needs.

Serve as trusted client advisor ensuring exceptional service, retention, and growth. Develop and oversee client service strategy plans, lead client/team meetings, coordinate multi-departmental service delivery, troubleshoot issues, educate clients and teammates on products and technical applications, and support prospect meetings and multi-location accounts.

Sell Insperity's HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses through consultative, relationship-based selling. Prospect, call on owners (virtually and in person), present solutions to C-suite, complete bid paperwork, onboard new clients, and meet sales goals while leveraging company training, marketing support, and mentorship.
