Drives new B2B customer acquisition for Insperity’s traditional employment workforce solutions. Builds and manages a sales pipeline, conducts prospect outreach, evaluates business needs, presents tailored solutions, negotiates deals, forecasts accurately, maintains sales systems, and develops client relationships. Collaborates with sales, technology, professional services, legal, and finance teams to close opportunities and meet revenue goals.

Implements and supports Insperity HCM software for clients by conducting discovery, documenting requirements, configuring payroll, HR, benefits, and time workflows, leading stakeholder meetings, providing training, resolving integration issues, and recommending best practices. The role manages client relationships, project deliverables, status updates, and escalations while contributing product feedback and mentoring other HCM analysts.

Identify and pursue small and midsized business prospects for Insperity’s HR services and technology. Advise business owners virtually and in person, build executive relationships and referral networks, meet sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate onboarding for new clients.

Provide administrative and reporting support for the National Benefits Team: route work via CRM, run and distribute reports, support audits and meetings, maintain benefits knowledge, and assist with projects and logistics to ensure effective client service and team coordination.

Engages prospective business clients through outbound calls, emails, and live chat to qualify needs, schedule discovery appointments, and generate opportunities for Business Performance Advisors. Maintains CRM records, executes personalized sales cadences, researches buying committees, manages lead distribution, documents prospect information, supports sales-cycle coordination, and meets activity and contribution goals. Requires professional brand representation and knowledge of company offerings, competitors, and relevant business information.

Administers 401(k) compliance activities, including ERISA nondiscrimination testing, payroll and plan data analysis, IRS Form 5500 preparation, benefit calculations, audit support, domestic relations order reviews, required minimum distributions, plan amendments, and client communications. Ensures employer contributions, excise tax payments, participant communications, and regulatory deadlines are completed accurately.
