Provides process engineering support for chemical, refinery, or petrochemical plant projects from conception through startup. Leads site-level HR activities for a manufacturing plant, including employee relations, labor relations, union grievance and contract negotiations, recruiting, training, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, and advising managers on HR policies and workforce issues.

Lead product costing and Material Ledger activities for North America compounds business. Execute costing, analyze variances and inventory, validate standard costs and BOMs, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, deliver monthly variance reporting, support FP&A and plant operations, ensure SOX controls and audit readiness, and drive process improvements across multi-site manufacturing environments.

Participate in a 3–5 year electrical engineering rotational program across operations, reliability, capital projects, continuous improvement, process controls, business management, and supply chain. Work under mentorship on projects that improve process efficiency, quality, cost savings, safety, and product innovation. Rotate among U.S. plant locations every 12–18 months while developing technical, leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
