Leads integrated marketing planning and sector-level operating processes for Kimberly-Clark’s Baby and Child Care business. Manages agency collaboration, creative production, project delivery, staffing models, performance evaluations, budget controls, and operational capability implementation. Partners with brand, marketing, procurement, finance, and external agencies to improve coordination, cost efficiency, execution quality, and decision-making across marketing programs.

Leads advanced Revenue Growth Management analytics, complex business problem solving, next-generation capability development, AI use-case implementation, strategic projects, and organizational training. Partners with Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams to build scalable tools, translate RGM methodologies into solutions, and generate actionable insights across brand, trade, pricing, and commercial initiatives. Manages three direct reports and supports enterprise-wide analytical capability building.

Leads Revenue Growth Management capability development, training, onboarding, standardized processes, special projects, complex analyses, and analytical tool development. Builds and maintains Excel and Power BI solutions, integrates multiple data sources, generates actionable insights, and supports RGM and Commercial teams. Manages the training roadmap, collaborates with analytics stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and supervises one direct report.
