Lead analysis of current and next-generation DRAM/DDR memory technologies across electrical, thermal, power, and performance domains. Identify performance gaps, evaluate tradeoffs, and provide design guidance to architecture, firmware, validation, and product teams. Drive multi-functional alignment, deliver technical recommendations, and use AI tools to model design gaps and summarize data for strategy and decision-making.

As a Wet Mechanical Operations Engineer, you will oversee design and construction of wet mechanical systems for semiconductor facilities, ensuring compliance and project specifications.

Drive automation and process improvements in semiconductor fab operations by designing and delivering data-driven decision support, workflow automation, analytics, and production reporting. Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to build scalable automation projects, optimize databases and production systems, and apply statistics and ML to improve cycle time, root-cause analysis, and production metrics while maintaining safety compliance.

Develop, implement, and improve environmental compliance programs (wastewater, air, stormwater, RCRA, SPCC). Conduct sampling, data review, incident investigations, permit management, audits, reporting, and regulatory liaison to ensure facility compliance and support projects.

The Principal Design Engineer will lead the design and layout of datapath circuits for NAND flash memory, optimizing performance and implementing architectural changes based on new specifications.

Lead chip-level static timing analysis and sign-off for next-generation HBM products, driving timing closure across modes/corners. Develop and validate SDC constraints, perform MMMC and signal integrity analysis, automate STA flows with Python/Tcl, correlate post-silicon timing, and integrate AI-enabled timing methodologies while coordinating with RTL, physical design, DFT, and product teams.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and modeling for R&D and engineering projects. Analyze performance, track KPIs, identify cost savings, support budget allocation, run and validate cost models, and present actionable insights to senior leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
