Apply data science, machine learning, statistics, and software engineering to develop ESDA analytics, predictive models, and tools that improve semiconductor yield, defect matching, and reliability. Senior technical contributor owning DFT architecture and MBIST solutions for HBM logic and base die. Define MBIST/logic test architectures, DFT entry flows, and test/debug modes. Mentor engineers and drive documentation and cross-functional alignment.
