It also applies AI-assisted development, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation to improve test coverage, efficiency, and validation workflows.

Develop and optimize wet chemistry and semiconductor advanced packaging processes, improving yield, quality, reliability, cost, productivity, and risk. Diagnose assembly issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and related methodologies. Lead process, equipment, material, supplier, qualification, audit, and site portability initiatives while supporting new product introduction and advanced process development.
