Lead end-to-end physical verification sign-off for advanced-node HBM logic die and memory-centric SoCs, executing DRC/LVS/ERC/PERC/DFM checks, reliability and RC extraction, debugging foundry rule decks, developing automation and regression flows with scripting, and partnering with design, EDA, foundry (TSMC), and product teams through tape-out.

Responsibilities include power delivery architecture, on- and off-chip interface analysis, timing, area, power and complexity tradeoffs, thermal management, transistor-level simulation, future-generation memory pathfinding, and architecture documentation. The role collaborates with architecture and design teams to define circuit implementations, technology requirements, and specifications for high-performance, low-power memory systems.

Support advanced DRAM cell and access-device development through silicon experiments, electrical and materials characterization, statistical analysis, and device- and array-level behavior analysis. Collaborate with modeling, design, process integration, and manufacturing teams to optimize performance, density, retention, reliability, and manufacturability. Apply Python, MATLAB, JMP, TCAD, and AI-assisted tools to analyze data and guide next-generation memory technology research.

Manage high-value logistics security programs across the Americas and Europe. Develop risk-based controls, establish carrier and 3PL security requirements, implement tracking and monitoring technologies, lead vendor assessments and performance management, conduct lane and carrier risk assessments, coordinate incident response and recovery, and report security metrics to executives. The role partners with Procurement, Logistics, Global Security, Legal, Risk, and external providers to improve shipment protection, compliance, visibility, and operational resilience.

Lead a global sales strategy and planning function to align account planning, market intelligence, and commercial planning with business unit goals. Drive annual and long-range sales planning, institutionalize strategic account planning, translate customer and market signals into actionable guidance, implement planning governance and metrics, and lead AI-driven commercial transformations while influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners.
