Partner with global teams, refine inspection methods, and use analytics and scripting to optimize process stability and defect detection in high-volume 300mm semiconductor manufacturing.

Lead early technical engagement with strategic customers to translate workload requirements into end-to-end Micron memory and storage solution architectures, influence platform decisions ahead of revenue, secure design wins, support value selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to hand off designs into deployment.

Develop, start up, and optimize wet etch processes for DRAM manufacturing to improve yield, reduce defects and cost. Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers, drive SPC improvements, manage projects to close yield/production gaps, and apply data science/AI tools to improve workflows.

Lead pathfinding and process development for advanced patterning (193nm immersion, EUV, High NA EUV). Develop and optimize EUV lithography modules, define mask inspection strategies, collaborate with manufacturing for process transfer and readiness, and support High NA EUV development with occasional travel.

Support large global customers by routing and qualifying leads, coordinating cross-functional escalations, maintaining operating standards and training, delivering executive-ready communications, and managing quarterly execution balancing shipments, risks, and revenue alignment.
