Manage assigned coatings accounts to drive revenue and margin growth by developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, using CRM to manage pipeline, coordinating forecasting/pricing/inventory, and traveling to customer sites and trade shows (up to 50%).

Provide professional customer service and manage orders from entry through shipment for domestic and international customers. Coordinate with Planning, Production, Shipping, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliance with regulations (Incoterms, HazMat) and on-time delivery. Answer inquiries, resolve order issues, track and expedite shipments, and act as customer advocate across Sales and internal teams.
