The Account Executive is responsible for selling hospitality solutions, prospecting new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and closing deals while building customer relationships.

Create and execute payments-focused marketing communications globally: position offerings, develop content (case studies, white papers, blogs, videos), support sales with presentations and training, drive market research, and coordinate cross-functional operational communications for product launches and transformation initiatives.

Develop BDD tests, API and database automation, define test scenarios, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior engineers, manage QA environments, collaborate across engineering teams, and support customer engagements (20% travel).

Install and configure Authentic software; gather and analyze client requirements; design, develop, and test Java web applications using Spring and Hibernate; configure interfaces and REST APIs; deploy and certify solutions with payment networks; provide post-deployment support, patches, and documentation; ensure seamless integration with client infrastructure.

Serve as Technical Product Owner for NCR Voyix Commerce Platform: define, prioritize, and translate roadmap features into user stories; collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams; enable continuous releases; refine backlog and improve program quality; manage short- to long-term roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.

Design, build, and deploy AI-first developer tools and platforms: API-led microservices, AI agentic solutions, CI/CD workflows, containerized production apps, and mentor engineers to improve tooling and automation across cloud environments.

Support and manage NCR Voyix's global trade compliance program: classify goods, manage filings and duty drawback programs, liaise with brokers and internal teams, support audits and government inquiries, maintain compliance records and policies, and drive process improvements.

Own channel sales in Texas by developing partner business plans, supporting and enabling VARs, driving pipeline and forecasts, presenting solutions to end users, and collaborating cross-functionally to close new business and expand market coverage.
