Process and establish new securities for Institutional Custody and Corporate Trust, respond to client inquiries, update securities records, ensure accurate processing, cross-train for backup, and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Manage institutional client onboarding and asset conversions for custody clients, coordinating account/user/system setups, tracking asset and market openings, partnering with internal teams on documentation and audits, and leading communication to ensure successful client launch to UMB.

Investigate and resolve domestic and international wire payment issues (amendments, traces, recalls). Communicate with clients and banks, analyze ISO wire text, process exceptions, reconcile accounts, support wire settlements (NSCC/DTCC), and maintain accurate documentation and balances. Support system reporting and resolve general ledger discrepancies.

Manage and grow a commercial banking portfolio for companies with $50M–$500M revenue. Prospect for new C&I clients, expand and retain relationships, analyze credit and financials, and cross-sell treasury, virtual card, trust, and other bank products.

Manage a mid-to-large commercial lending portfolio, maintain credit quality, grow revenue through prospecting and cross-selling, partner with officers to service clients, perform credit underwriting and loan renewals, and provide ongoing client support.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end onboarding projects for commercial clients, focusing on Treasury Management implementations. Manage multiple projects, develop and maintain implementation plans, coordinate internal resources and client communications, provide training, oversee testing and handoffs, resolve issues/escalations, and ensure timely delivery and documentation.

Oversee and review work of Fund Administrators, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, board materials, compliance tests, and distributions. Coordinate audits with lead administrator and external auditors, respond to client inquiries, perform final reviews for client board meetings, and handle other assigned fund administration duties.

The Legal Counsel provides legal education, counsel, and advice, assists in governance, compliance, and relationship management, and supports SEC documentation and corporate governance efforts.
