Coordinates administrative, regulatory reporting, vendor and expense management, system access, onboarding and offboarding, meetings, intranet content, and special projects across credit and lending teams. Partners with internal departments, regulators, vendors, and leadership while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, documentation, and process requirements.

Manage assigned commercial credit portfolio, partner with loan officers on underwriting, monitor covenant and borrowing base compliance, identify credit risk and expansion opportunities, prepare credit packages for committee approval, maintain documentation and reporting, provide customer service and mentor junior portfolio managers.

The Commercial Relationship Manager builds and manages a portfolio, develops client relationships, and assesses financial needs to drive sales for UMB's commercial banking services.

Perform general ledger accounting, enter trade information, price securities, reconcile accounts, and prepare client financial statements and reports. Ensure data accuracy, operate Excel and UMB accounting systems, interact with clients to address requests, and progressively take on more complex tasks and peer review responsibilities.
