Serves as a strategic HR advisor to Private Markets leaders in a global, matrixed organization. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leadership coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk management. The role uses workforce and business data to guide people decisions and partners with HR, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other centers of excellence.

Owns enterprise architecture strategy for agentic AI infrastructure, including orchestration, identity, gateways, policy services, model hosting, and runtime environments. Defines roadmaps, standards, reference architectures, operational requirements, and production-readiness criteria. Leads complex cross-domain architecture decisions, builds prototypes, evaluates emerging technologies, guides engineering adoption, resolves risk and cost tradeoffs, and mentors architects and infrastructure engineers.

Leads the HR PMO portfolio of transformational initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, dependencies, organizational readiness, and change strategies. Translates enterprise priorities into program objectives and measurable outcomes, monitors risks and performance, and communicates progress to senior leadership. The role also champions responsible AI adoption across HR and drives process improvement and execution excellence.

Provides legal counsel on public company securities reporting, SEC and NYSE compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, corporate governance, Regulation FD disclosures, mergers and acquisitions, treasury matters, stock and debt issuances, and refinancing. Prepares board and stockholder meeting materials, manages legal due diligence and transaction documentation, coordinates closings and outside counsel, and advises executive management on corporate legal matters.

Provide legal advice on investment products (REITs, ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end and pooled vehicles). Support product development, structuring, distribution, and regulatory compliance under the Investment Company Act, Securities Act, and Exchange Act. Advise on tokenization, stablecoins, and digital asset offerings. Draft and maintain offering documents, registration statements, and disclosures. Partner with Finance, Compliance, and stakeholders; engage governing bodies; and act as a trusted advisor to product and business leaders on strategic, commercial legal matters.

Lead enterprise relationships with large RIAs and multi-family offices across a defined territory to grow Invesco assets. Develop and execute data-driven client segmentation and strategic business plans, provide consultative investment and practice-management advice, lead a territory team, and conduct client meetings and events to increase wallet share and retention.

Develop and execute launch and marketing plans for private markets products, support client-facing materials (reviews, pitches, due diligence), research market and client trends, coordinate with portfolio managers and analysts on positioning and opportunities, and ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance.

Oversee UIT comparison and settlement, ETF and broker-dealer operations, NAV calculations, reconciliations, margin and collateral accounts, regulatory reporting, securities counts, and customer reserves. Supervise staff, maintain policies and procedures, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and support capital markets, corporate actions, pricing, and ETF operating-model initiatives. Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and Investment Company Act requirements while driving cross-functional projects and operational improvements.

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for the Investments organization: partner with hiring managers, design search strategies, source and screen candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, onboard hires, build talent pipelines, leverage market intelligence and external search firms, and maintain ATS and sourcing tools to deliver senior investment talent.

The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and acquisition, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation.
